ZOOM MEETING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CABINET MEETING THIS SATURDAY, the 18th

The links to the Zoom Cabinet meeting is listed below.  This Zoom on line meeting is hosted and put together by League City Lions.  Greg Gripon and Justin West made this happen for us.

The meeting begins at 10AM we will try real hard to end it by noon.  Agenda and budget (hopefully) to follow.

When you sign on to Zoom, we kindly ask that you identify yourself like this:

This will allow us to take attendance.

There will be two voting opportunities during the meeting.

1. To approve the final budget from the 2019 – 2020 year
2. To approve the proposed budget for the 2020 – 2021 year.

Please remember that only the cabinet members can vote – this includes everyone who has accepted a position to be on my cabinet and all the Club Presidents and Secretaries.
