Your Goliad Lions In Action: Goliad Main Street Annual Easter Egg Hunt

On Thursday April 1st, Lion President Mindy Sullivan and Lion Elaine Noland assisted the Goliad Main Street Program with their “Annual Easter Egg Hunt” on the Goliad County Courthouse Square in downtown Goliad.  

This year, a record 18,874 plastic Easter eggs were brought in for event, as well as 650 Kona snow cones, 10 bicycles and 2 baskets for the Goliad Elementary School students, It’s a Small World Nursery School and Little Rascals Daycare children, who came in shifts and have the best fun finding the eggs.
