District Governor’s Contest

The District Governor’s contest is aimed at getting each club/officer to earn at least 100 points from the points/criteria listed below. All clubs/officers who earn 100 points or more will be given recognition for being 100%. The club/officer who receives the highest total of points will be given additional recognition for being the 2-S4 club/officer of the year. Contest runs from July through March. All reports are due to the Cabinet Secretary, Terri Gorby, no later than April 5th. Awards will be presented at the district convention. Good Luck.

100% Club

All dues paid on time – 15 Points
Monthly Membership Reports filed on time – 15 Points
Complete and report in myLion one of the Core service projects (per project) – 20 Points
Complete and report in myLion a non-core service project (per project) – 5 points
An increase in membership – 15 Points
No decrease in membership – 10 Points
At least one officer getting a 100% award (per member) – 10 Points
Member(s) participate in cabinet meeting (per Member) – 5 Points each
Contribute 100% Humanitarians – 15 Points
Make camp 100% contribution by December 31st – 15 Points

Attend Cabinet Meeting (per meeting) – 10 Points
Attend all Cabinet Meetings – 10 Points
Attend Zone Meeting (per event) – 10 Points
Sponsor new member (per member) – 10 Points
Participate in a Core service project that has been reported in myLion (per project) – 20 Points
Participate in a non-core service project that has been reported in myLion (per project) – 5 points
