Activity Report

The District 2-S4 Leadership Team appreciates your club’s activities and to minimize the reporting of those activities, we would like to encourage you to report all your clubs activities using the Service Activities page offered by Lions Club International. The Lions Club Service Activity Report is a valuable tool that provides accurate data about the worldwide impact of Lions humanitarian service. The global tabulation of individual club reports identifies service trends that influence the development of association programs.

On the district level, governors, vice governors, cabinet secretary/treasurers and district membership chairpersons can use MyLCI to view Lions Club Service Activity Reports submitted by club secretaries. This monthly review of Lions Club Service Activity Reports can help district leaders identify inactive clubs.

In addition, district leaders can also view individual Lions Club Service Activity Reports submitted by clubs within the district.
Please note that club secretaries can only submit their Lions Club Service Activity Reports to international headquarters through the association’s MyLCI website. Paper report forms are not accepted.

As your District leaders, we encourage club secretaries to submit Lions Club Service Activity Reports via the MyLCI -> My Lions Club -> Service Activities, by the 25th of each month.. However, when no service activities are performed for a given month, it is not necessary to record any service activity information for that month. For more information you may read this help guide (Service Activity FAQ_EN).
