Passing of Past International President, “Ebb” Grindstaff

It is with a saddened heart to share this news with all of you.  PIP Everett “Ebb” Grindstaff passed away on July 8th.
PIP Ebb was International President 1982-1983.  He was also Past International Director 1972-1974.  He and his dear wife Jay, reside in Ballinger, Texas.  As soon as I receive additional information, I will pass it on.
