New Member Application – District 2-S4 Lions

Good Afternoon!

Over the past few months some of you have told me that you are having a hard time finding a new member application on the Lions Clubs International website. To hopefully make it easier to find an application we have added a new member application to the Membership Toolbox on our MD-2 website. To find the new member application just click on the resources icon, then place your cursor on Global Membership Approach and then click on Membership Toolbox. Everything in the toolbox is listed in alphabetical order. Scroll down until you see the New Member Application. We hope that this will help!
