Leadership Roles

Some of you Lions out there are of the opinion you want to be a worker and not a leader.  Just as I was.  But – we are having fewer and fewer step up to lead.  Without leaders – we cannot function.  I found it especially hard to fill all the Zone Chair positions.  And there were several others.  Also, I would like to see more Lions step up to go the route to District Governor.  For those of you that would consider leadership roles or for those of you that are in a leadership role, go to the District Resources link I have included to see the resources available.

For those of you in leadership roles – like Zone Chairs – start looking for and grooming your replacement.  Please help future District Governors.
