That time of Year

It’s that time of year again!  Yes, tax time but that is not what I am talking about.  Same date though.  All clubs need to submit their club officers by April 15.  The prospective slate of officers needs to be presented to your club twice for the club to cogitate on and then voted on.  You then need to submit it on line through LCI.

Also, along the same lines.  Every year we send out several request to be sure what is on LCI is the correct information for members and for clubs.  That is from where your club directory is designed.  Every year after the directory goes out we get calls from disgruntled members about “mistakes” when it actually matches what is in LCI.  Secretaries: printout your club membership lists from LCI for all members to see and check you club listing.  Be sure the club meeting place and times are correct.

Send corrections to the District secretary and copy 1VDG Vicky and myself, District Administrator Lion Billy Gray.  I have access to make any and all changes.
