FUNDRAISING DURING THE PANDEMIC

Although the state is opening up and many people are getting vaccinated there is still concern about large gatherings. So how do we fundraise for our service projects?
Over the next couple of weeks, we will be sharing ways you can fundraise for your club while still respecting people’s needs to still social distance.
The following article gives a list of National Restaurant chains that will donate to non-profits. Check with local restaurants as well, many restaurants are happy to set up a dine out for a cause night to support their local community.
In Galveston County, one great example is Little Bella Mia. The owner Manish Maheshwari has supported Lions Clubs in District 2-S4 and will be happy to arrange a day where a percentage of the sales will go to your organization.
