On September 5th the Lake Jackson Lions Club will host our 4th annual Zombie Fest 5K Run/Walk at MacLean Park in Lake Jackson.
The 5K Run will begin at 7pm and run through the MacLean Trail with Zombies in the woods to encourage a fast pace. The Festival starts at 5pm with professional makeup artists from Scream World and Creepy Hollow to make you the scariest Zombie ever!! A silent auction will begin as well and we will have a Zombie Contest.
The Schedule of Events is as follows:

5:00 PM ZombieFest 5K Race Day registration and packet pickup
7:00 PM ZombieFest 5K Fun Run with a Zombie-Free Water Stop Zone and Zombie Petting Zoo (it’s not what you think!)
Will you be a Survivor or join the Zombie Horde?
Medals for all participants – TShirts for the first 100 Registered Runners
5:00 PM Silent Auction
6:45 PM Zombie Kids Shamble (hey, someone needs to grow up to be adult Zombies!)
9:00 PM 5K Awards Ceremony
6:00 PM Zombie Costume Contest – Prizes for:
The Most Bloodiest/Rotten
Best Moan
Best Shamble
Most Imaginative
Best In Horde
There will be Music, Food, Drinks
Come dressed ready to terrorize the Zombies or have your face professionally made up by Creepy Hollow and Scream World makeup artists.
