DEADLINE FOR DISTRICT DIRECTORY CHANGES
I’m requesting ALL CLUBS to double check with their membership for district directory changes for the pdf version. DEADLINE to send in changes is Friday, August 23rd.
I will be emailing out the pdf version of the District Directories on Monday, August 26th. Leadership Team, PDG’s, Region and Zone Chairs and District Cabinet will receive the pdf’s.
I’m requesting the Zone Chairs to please email this pdf to their Presidents and Secretaries in their Zone. This will be a GREAT help to me. I’m also requesting the Presidents and Secretaries to please send this pdf to their membership. This will guarantee that YOUR membership will be up to date with the most current information at hand.
I plan to send out ANOTHER Corrected Directory in January/February, depending on any changes that may be needed.
