Donation of Water to the City of Sweeny

The Sweeny Lions Club donated a pallet of water to the City of Sweeny to distribute among their citizens. The water was donated on March 15, 2023 at the City Hall. This is to assist in the recent issue of many residents having discoloration in their supply of water due to a “seasoned” piping system and construction. Members of the Lion Club and City Workers unloaded the pallet and placed the water in the City Hall for citizens to pick-up.
