BakerRipley’s Utility Assistance Program has funding available to assist eligible residents of Brazoria, Galveston and Harris Counties with up to $2,400 of assistance paid directly to the utility provider or vendor with the following: 

• Utility Assistance – payment assistance for electricity or gas bills

• Household Crisis – payment assistance with an electricity or gas bill disconnection notice 

• Heating & Cooling Services – service or repair of heating and cooling systems

Applicants must meet the following Program Eligibility

• Reside in Brazoria, Galveston and Harris Counties
• Meet Income Guidelines at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
