Alvin Lions Community Service
The Alvin Noon Lions donated more than 600 spiral notebooks to the Grace Episcopal Church Backpack Project for Back to School.

The Alvin Noon Lions are committed to helping Alvin ISD students be prepared for school and have participated in this project for two years.
Before a packed house at the Liberty Alumni Hall at the Alvin ISD Heritage Complex in Iowa Colony, the Alvin Noon Lions Club hosted their 28th annual Pigskin Preview recently. The event featured all four of the Alvin ISD head football coaches along with the remaining six head football coaches at Pearland, Dawson and three Alief high schools. Student athletes from all ten schools were also recognized. H-Town High School Sports host and producer Todd Freed served as the master of ceremonies for the event which is one of the major fundraisers for the Alvin Noon Lions. Membership chair Gabe Adame, Past President Chad Dudley and Vice President Jason Jones greeted the almost 400 guests who were in attendance.
